Second. Hahahahaha! But still,
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
23 March 2007.
Rushed back home right after school. Pack all those stuffs, Na1's notes and reached Tiffany's house about 4 plus. Then Vernissa left and Cheryl came, followed by 'Mummy', Liyan Mdm, Sihui Mdm & Caroline Mdm. We had a super fun time teasing Caroline Mdm and #5 la! Darn funny! Play PS, studied FA and HN and we decided to call the so-called '24 hours open nursing hotline'. And we found out that it was only open at 8am to 5.30 pm. Lols. Tiffany, you and your 24 hours number! Hahaha!
Left for tennis about 6.30pm and chiong back to #5's house. Bathed and got all the shampoo and soap mixed up. Lols. Persie mdm used the facial soap for body foam too! Hahahaha! Continued studying but apparently, nothing was being absorbed in my brains. Went down for my dinner and realised that Tiffany's uncle's drank my campbell soup! Tsk! Lols. Brought the FA manual down but I didn't even touch it at all. Lols. Went up, and Elizabeth called. Talked for a while and finally I had the motivation to study! #2 came back from her usual tuition and we went down and had supper. Lols. And I finally got the taste of Listerine in my mouth! Super minty and my gums and tongue were numbed! Hahas. Went up, prayed, and sleep. (:
24 March 2007.
Woke up about 7 plus, brushed teeth and ate 'Mummy''s meat porridge. It was fantastic man! There were you zha gui too, and we gobbled them up. Hahas. Walked to school whilst singing songs, encouraging one another and smelling our pillows every now and then. Geled our hair, [My hair smells so good now!] did some drill and played wo men yi qi wan ba. Yeeling Mdm couldn't get the tempo right and it's was super funny la. That's was seriously also a time for us to destress. (:
Reported, and we prayed that we would have a nice team number. God answered our prayers and we had NA2! That really served a huge source of encouragement to us, as for NC Zonal, we were also called NC2! 2 is our lucky number! Hahaha! For both, we did FA first, then FD and lastly HN! It's super cool la. And I thought that the steward's name for both were also Michelles but I was told by #5 that it was last year Nationals. Hahaha! But it's still so COOL!
First Aid.
Woah, the case was super unprepared la. Not us, but the committee. Tsk, no dummy, no CPR. Not enough casualty, we only had 1 causalty in that case. Woah, woah, woah! NA, short case, with one casualty. So irritating la, all our hardwork in FA was come to nought. And he casualty was a total cheekopek la! His head was like rolling all over my tigh and then still pretended to act even though the ambulance attendants were here?! -.- His eyes were like rolling all over too, like some kind of cheekopek losing control of his eyeballs. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! Nationals' cheekopek was this Jason la! He refused to cooperate unless we 'hugged' him?! Woah, woah, woah! Thus, I can conclude that guys in SJ are mostly cheekopeks!
Footdrill.
#2 said the spectators got a shock when they heard the first command. Lols. Everything went very smoothly for this and we emerged first in this category! Thank God! Our bangs for whatever reasons were super duper nice, except for some. #3 and I were practically straining our vocal chords like madness, and they felt like they were going to explode anytime. Hahas. And all along, our 'Disablan' command and action was wrong. Though I didn't really know what did Mr. Ferdous said, but I think I've got an rough idea of it. Best in FD, bbut the only thing that they didn't have throphy for it! Lols. But nevermind, what matter most was the team spirit that was in us, not the physical things! Yay! This shows that morning drill helps! (:
HomeNursing.
We were extremely happy that Joey was our patient man! The mdm said everything was good, except for the clinical notes and that we were too interrogating. Lols. I called her Joey when she's supposed to be called as Mdm Chiu! Hahas. Exceeded by 1 mintue and #4 was trying to hide some of the requistes somewhere so that the next team wouldn't be able to find them! But little did she know that the mdm was beside her and she said, 'No need to hide one la, hurry, you all can leave already." Super hilarious la! You should have seen #4's face man! Lols.
Yep, overall, I'm quite pleased with the results. Second is good, you get the throphies and need not go for Nationals. Hahas. Nc5 did it! Elizabeth did it! She made me hyperventilate in the squad and teared la! Lols. I was so so so so SO SO SO SO SO SO happy for them! This shows that God is with us whenever we are. (: Yay!
NA1! I'm so proud of you too! (: Looking back at all those training days, I sure would miss them. The thick stack of casualty report slips really proved that we had gone through many times together, be it happy or sad. Once a team, always a team! NC1 and NA1 will be forever NC1 and NA1! Go, go, go NC1/NA1! Let's soar up with wings as eagles! Well done! Our hardwork had been paid off! Once again, PRAISE THE LORD! (:
