This year camp was kinda different from last year because of the role of group leader. Seriously, I was freaking out like nobody business when I saw my group. It something like, they stare at you, you stare at them, they stone at you, you stone at them. &I was expecting myself to get like Ernest's group, young kids for you to baby sit. But yeah, my group rocks anyway. And we are called CINTA! Which also means 'love' in Malay. Woohooo! (:
God really answers our prayers. Like, in this camp, I was extremely touched by a lot of things He had done for me. Like, how I struggled with my group on Day1 &became emo and depressed because of some reasons. Then God put Daniel in my group and he helped me a great deal especially with the guys. (: Cinta was really improving day by day, &I guess seeing them bond together, accepting each other differences really warms my heart. Like some marshmellows over a bbq pit. The weather was good, food was delicious, programmes were cool, all in all, the camp was a success! Praise God! ((:

DAY 1
Reached church for helped out with some logistic stuffs. Played ice breakers, &the forfeit were absolutely great. HAHAHA. Banana with ketchup, nail polish, flour with gummies inside (this is really nice) , raw bittergourd to be eaten. Cheryl kena nail polish. HAHAHAHAHAHA. It's the pretty pink somemore okay! Be glad Cheryl! Hahaha. Okay, then group time, &we boarded the bus.
At changi, we dumped our bags first &went to eat. Then to dorm to unpack our stuffs. Back to the canteen for some briefing for the station games. (:

Then was bathing time, dinner, worship, sermon, group time. (:
Worhsip &sermon was great. One thing really struck me was what the pastor said of us are a born champion. Something about the you raced against million of your own species but you are the ONLY one who won and met the other part of you. If you get what I mean. Hahahaha. For the clueless: Sperm &egg la! Yeah, it's amazing right. &like, our bodies are so fascinating with numerous blood vessels &muscles &bones &nerves &organs &tissues, who can make such complcated paraphernalias all into only ONE body? Jesus can. Cause He's God(: &another lovely example is the one about the $50 dollar note. Like, if I step on it, dunk it into tea, crush it, wipe it with some horrible stuffs etc, you'll still want it right? Cause $50 is valuable. &So are you. God wants you no matter how 'terrible' you are. &I find this very encouraging. It's a matter of whether you can accept that you are valued. Well, you are. You really are, especially in God's eyes cause He made you in the first place. &He's just waiting for you to turn to him. DAY 2
It had been a long time since I ate such a heavy breakfast at like 7 in the morning. Haha. Then we had group's devotion, worship &sermon. (: Worship was great, Jill plays the drums cooly(: Hahaha. Is there even such a word. LOL.
Another fact that the pastor said was that Jesus had been the most sinful person on Earth. Because He himself took up all our sins on the cross just to die for us. It's like, awwwwwwww. Like somewhere on earth, some person made a machine that could detect numerous smells. Then he got like recognised by everyone, so honoured, so prestigious. But hey! God made something long ago that is even a better smell detector; nose! So why some people still don't recognise God? It's kinda sad right. Like, you did so much for something, up in the end, your hard work isn't pay off. But God doesn't expect anything else from us, except to invite Him in our lives, so that we can be blessed by Him even more. (: God is really so great.
We had an early lunch then games time again! First of it was the crossing the river thingy. We had to wear this PFD, hold on to a rope, get down in the water &to reach the other end of the river.
Next was the station games. This time round the games focused more about love. First was Ah Bu's hulahoop station. We had to like join hands in a circle, &pass 2 hulahoops from each different ends to the opposite side. Like, both hoops exchanged places. &because my group members a bit taller than the Olivia's group, so we like, took a longer time. Okay luh, which means we lost. Hahaha.
Then was some bible questions station with Bryan's group. &WE WON! Cause we had a walking bible aka Daniel with us. Like that how to lose la you tell me! Yay! The other group have to eat raw quail eggs twice! So poor thing la. Omg, &it's so gross come to think of it now again.
Next station we had to put our hands in icy cold water for 40 secs, then find the coins which made up the amount Tim wanted. &the match with Cybil's group was really super intense. Everyone fought hard, &Marcus saved the day by finding the last 50 cents first. Hahaha. That scene was really funny. You should have just seen his face!
The other station was to protect the tissue paper using different parts of your body, transport it from one end to the other without it getting wet. &Mark, being the super agile &fast one took the first step to do it first! He can run like the wind la, like seriously. So tadaaa, we won that station too. Woohooo! (:
Pick up
Time wasn't on our side, so we had to abandon game &bathe. Then was dinner &group time. Discussed about the item we had to perform on the last night, &it was fun making a fool out of ourseleves. Josh zai la, professor wulai. Hahaha. You know the 十万个为什么 wulai 博士! Hahaha, &the O! There's barney, a rattatoony which was crazily in love with barney, kim possible the matchmaker. Jillian was another zai one too. She was the one singing throughout the item. hahaha. (:
DAY 3
We had breakfast, then group's devotion. &2 groups combined to form 1 country for the activities later on. So we joined with Cybil's (sweetheart! awwww! hahaha) group &this time round we're called Country 2! (: Own you! YAY! Then we had games which focused on total defence. Haha.
Civil defence: Using only ropes, bamboo poles, benches, we had to cross to the other side for safety. Because the scenario was some flooding thing & landslide. Our country was second! Sweetheart &I were jumping up &down at the side. HAHA.
Social defence: We had to dress 4 people up into different enthic groups. This was kinda sian, but I guess most of us had fun afterall. (:
Economic defence: 2 people, 1 farmer, the other wheelbarrow. Bring a max of 2 fruits/veggis from one point to the other. Then feasting time when we had to eat them all up without hands. O.O Marcus super poor thing la. He ate the papaya until so hiong, then an apricot seed dropped from the tree into his papaya &since he still thought that it was a papaya seed so he went to eat it. Omgg la, he tongue kena cut. Kimberly ate the celery until she cried, Cheryl ate the last bit of chilli until she could blow fire out of her mouth. This game is really a total madness. Haha.
Psychological defence: Using a pole, insert the mentos into a 1.5L bottle of coke. &the person carrying the coke had to put it on his head, with 2 other people carrying him. This one ah, aim until can die one. But it was really an eye opener! So it's proven that mentos really changes coke into a cokelion. (merlion, get it. haha. -.-)
Military defence: Only 4 people to use their legs to support a pail of flour. Some protect, some attack using water bombs. I was 1 of the 4 &our legs' muscles were trembling can. It was super tedious but Kennas had a brilliant idea to support our legs by holding them! That's shiok you know. As in, you don't have to use your trembling muscles filled with lactic acid anymore. Where are you thinking till. HAHA. KENNAS IS SO CUTE LA! This small boy who even came to hug me before camp ended. Ahhhhhhhh! I miss him badly now. ):
Then was lunch &dragonboating! (: So my arms were filled with lactic acid too. When I got out of the water, wahh, both arms both legs were all aching like madness please. Lol, then dinnerrrrr! (:
Worship &sermon after that. This one was very refreshing. (: We prayed for each other &everyone was happy at the end. Haha. I dunno what else to say. Hmmm, okay, played another rhythm game &the next big thing was CAMP FIREEEEEEEEE! :D

Went to sleeping bags at 2 plus but slept at 4plus instead. Hahaha. Cause F.P &I were talking. In the dark. With aeroplanes annoucing their arrival every 15 mins approx. Hahaha.
DAY 4
Woke up, breakfast which was FINALLY MY FAVOURITE BREAD. ((: Haha. Worship, then was a time of sharing &testimony. Area cleaning &back to church!
You know when I reached home, my ma said I looked tanner! But then I happily bathe &came out &I lost 40% of my darkness. So sad! ): I know, it's like a weird reasoning, but really, I became less tan already! Maybe now left 30& of tan skin. ): Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Now my arms, legs, back all aching like madness. Better go sleep soon.
